Kenlowe fans are built up to a specification not down to a price, yet because we have been supplying industry directly as manufacturers for over 40 years without a particularly long distribution chain, quality Kenlowe specifications can be supplied at competitive prices.

Advanced Kenlowe 2000 Series fans incorporated a combination of important new features.

Stator vane technology (as in jet turbine engines) to increase air pressure and therefore volume throughput resulting in improved cooling efficiency on the 10" and 13" models.

JET TURBINE STATOR VANE TECHNOLOGY
Jet turbine secondary stator vanes re-direct fan airflow to pass through the heat exchanger, maximising velocity and volume airflow exiting the heat exchanger. Stator vanes are particularly important when airflow has to pass through thicker than average radiators such as vehicles fitted with air-conditioning, intercoolers or even oil coolers, which significantly increase resistance to air necessitating high performance Kenlowe stator vane fans to maximise cooling efficiency!

Curved blades to reduce noise and amps on the whole range from the 6" to the 16"

ADVANCED CURVED BLADE DESIGN OR STRAIGHT BLADE?
Advanced curved blades cleave the air to reduce noise and amps by enabling each blade to seamlessly continue working as the previous blade finishes. Effectively the leading edge of one blade starts working as the root of another blade finishes work and as a result the electrical energy used is up to 30% less, because current draw is level, without the rise and fall of the electrical surges caused by chopping the air with straight fan blades!

STRAIGHT FIN BLADES ARE YESTERDAYS DESIGN. - less efficient and noisy whilst the highly efficient curved blade design is the future incorporated in the present Kenlowe 2000 series fans announced for the millennium. It is no coincidence that curved blade technology is now the choice of the vast majority of the worlds car manufacturers, including Ford and General Motors! So universally successful is the new curved blade technology that only suppliers of the out of date straight fin design claim that it is relevant in the new century!

Stationary ring ducts that seal to the radiator ensuring maximum air throughput by eliminating a gap that can seriously reduce cooling performance.

SEALING RING DUCT.
Fan airflow like most elements will take the line of least resistance - Kenlowe's new 200 series fans include a ring duct to seal to the radiator so that all the fans output has to travel through the radiator instead of by-passing the radiator as only airflow that passes through the radiator will carry heat away!

A heavy-duty 24 amp motor version of 13" model to provide high output cooling on vehicles with insufficient room for the 16" diameter.

Kenlowe fans are produced in a wide range of sizes, standard and high output performance, blower or suction airflow and 12 or 24 volt. Specifications normally feature dual ball race bearings, four brushes and an axial commutator all for maximum durability and continuous rating.
